Public Health and the Orchard Project
Public Health have provided capital for The Centre's refurbishment and have chosen the Autumnn Centre as a developing centre of excellence in the community for the care of people living with early onset dementia. The Centre is linked with The Orchard Project, an evidence pased research programme with the University of Northampton. Research is bassed round deliveing congnitive activities to slow down the progression of dementia, keeping the brain healthier for longer.
Adult Social Services
Many individuals are referred to The Centre by Adult Social Services.
Health and Wellbeing agencies
Social Presecribers, doctor surgeries, Stuart Road Memory Clinic Social Workers and others in the care system regularly recommend attendance at the Autumn Centre.
North Northants Council (NNC)
NNC continues to support the Autumn Centre with an annual grant and provide an annual quality and monitoring report.
