Buying tickets or paying for services

You are required to give accurate, true information with your order and authorise us to process your payment through Paypal or in person at the Centre.  We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for various reasons. We will do our best to publish accurate prices, descriptions and availability but we cannot be held responsible for losses due to inaccuracies.

Our service contains links to third party websites and other online services.  We are not responsible for these services and advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party online services.

Limitation of liability

The Centre expressly denies responsibility for any losses or damages that result from using our website.  It is provided to you ‘As is’ and ‘As available’ without guarantee of any kind.

Terminating your account

The Centre may terminate your website  account immediately for breach of our Terms and Conditions.  To terminate your own account, simply stop using your account.  You can remove your details through your own account and ask the Centre to remove any details held about you at the Centre under your GDPR rights.

Governing law

The website and your use of it is governed by the law of the United Kingdom

The Centre reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Centre further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. Buying tickets or paying for services

By buying tickets or a service through this website, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The services available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

Prices Policy

The Centre reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Centre subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action or any other matter beyond the control of the Centre. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
