The Centre respects the copyright of others and will do its best to respond to anyone who notifies us of an infringement of copyright on our website.

Buying tickets or paying for services

You are required to give accurate, true information with your order and authorise us to process your payment through Paypal or in person at the Centre.  We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for various reasons. We will do our best to publish accurate prices, descriptions and availability but we cannot be held responsible for losses due to inaccuracies.

Links to other websites

Our service contains links to third party websites and other online services.  We are not responsible for these services and advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party online services.

Limitation of liability

The Centre expressly denies responsibility for any losses or damages that result from using our website.  It is provided to you ‘As is’ and ‘As available’ without guarantee of any kind.

Terminating your account

The Centre may terminate your website  account immediately for breach of our Terms and Conditions.  To terminate your own account, simply stop using your account.  You can remove your details through your own account and ask the Centre to remove any details held about you at the Centre under your GDPR rights.

Governing law

The website and your use of it is governed by the law of the United Kingdom

The Centre reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Centre further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Centre can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Centre cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Centre does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.

Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

The Centre will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Centre has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.

You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Centre. Buying tickets or paying for services

By buying tickets or a service through this website, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to place an Order, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number. You are required to supply true information about your identity and contact details

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any tickets or services you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our Events and Services on the Centre Website. The services available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, descriptions and availability. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Centre reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Centre subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action or any other matter beyond the control of the Centre. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Terminatking your account
